no $$ buy fhm?

At 10.30pm on 16th July 2009, Thursday, my friend and I boarded the train at Tampines station. We were chatting all the way until somewhere around kallang mrt,a passer by, who was sitting next to that man notified us to be careful. He told us that the man sitting opposite us was taking pictures of us using his mobile phone's camera, then the passer by alighted. We tried asking the people around us for help, but nobody was willing to help us(typical singaporean behaviour). Thus, we decided to alight at the next station(City Hall), to seek help from the station masters. Before alighting, we managed to take pictures and video which we thought could help in the recognition of that man. However, the station master present told us that we should head to the police and he could not do anything about it. Thus we went to the police station to make a report, but we were told that nothing could be done as the identity of the man, and his purpose in taking our pictures cannot be ascertained.
The man in this picture is probably from China, a foreign worker. Around 1.6m, skinny.
uses a lower end camera handphone
My friend and I hopes that somebody can identify him and help us bring him to justice. Please call the police or inform us (phone, msn, email) if you see him
This is not the first time that such things have happened, we must put a stop to this kind of disturbing actions.
ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
